How quickly will you reply?

We respond to every email within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Expect a reply faster than that most of the time.

What kinds of questions can you help with?

Template selection, editing questions, billing and account issues, custom domain setup, and anything else related to your Dezite site.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel any time from your dashboard billing settings. Pause Mode is also available — your site goes offline but all data is preserved, at $1/month.

Is the trial really free — no card needed?

Yes. Your 14-day trial requires no credit card. You get full template editing and site preview access. We never charge you unless you explicitly subscribe.

How do I get started with Dezite?

Create a free account at app.dezite.com, pick a template, and start editing. No calls, no onboarding — your site is live in minutes.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual billing is 50% cheaper than monthly. Both plans give you the same features. Auto-renewal is off by default — you decide when to renew.
