The rules that govern your use of the Dezite platform.
By creating an account or using Dezite, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Dezite. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Dezite website builder platform, including all related services, features, and content (collectively, the “Service”).
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. All payment processing, invoicing, tax calculation, and receipt delivery are handled by Paddle on our behalf.
3. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial period, you have full access to template editing and site preview. After the trial expires, a 3-day grace period is provided. One trial is available per site. Trials cannot be extended or renewed.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis with monthly and annual billing options. Annual billing provides a 50% discount. All billing is processed by Paddle. Auto-renewal is OFF by default — you must explicitly opt in. Optional add-on services can be toggled on or off at any time.
5. Pause Mode
You may temporarily pause your website instead of canceling. During pause mode a maintenance fee of $1/month applies, your site goes offline, all data is preserved, and you may reactivate at any time. Maximum pause duration is 30 days.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your dashboard billing settings or by contacting support@dezite.com. You retain access to your site until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining period.
7. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
